This complete sleep training package encompasses all DrSleepyTots services with the benefit of close support and availability for advice delivered by DrSleepyTots herself. It is the most likely, of all DrSleepyTots packages, to be successful in both the short and long term in managing sleep issues. This package may be for you if:

  • you need a quick fix (returning to work, extreme sleep issues, extreme sleep deprivation)

  • your baby would benefit from having a day routine and feeding routine

  • you would benefit from having closer support from your sleep consultant during the process

  • you are keen to reduce night wakes

  • you are keen to wean off night feeds

The Baby Sleep Training package includes:

  • Free 15 minute consultation

  • Full sleep assessment

  • For infants with medical concerns such as reflux, allergies and prematurity, I advise on methods of managing these to aid healthy sleep

  • Detailed analysis of sleep concerns, explanation of sleep science and options for managing sleep issues

  • Presentation of a range of sleep coaching methods for you to decide which is best for your child and family from quick result intensive short courses to more gentle, responsive sleep techniques

  • Fully flexible to your family’s requirements including sleep techniques for co-sleeping

  • A complete, personalised 14 day programme tailored to your and your child including a day, night and feeding routine.

  • 6 x phone/video calls to support you through the journey

  • Close virtual support during the process via e-mail or messaging services

  • Follow-on documents with tips, tricks and troubleshooting

  • If all 6 calls are not required within the 14 day window, 1 may be saved and used up to 1 year after sleep training

There are no guarantees with sleep training due to issues beyond our control such as illness, teething, sleep environment etc. However, the 14 day sleep training packages give your child the highest change of developing healthy lifelong sleep habits. If the programme is followed exactly, the majority of children will be sleeping through the night by day 10 (most by day 5) and onwards.
