My Aims

Empower parents to teach their children healthy sleep habits using my medical knowledge and sleep expertise. As a paediatric doctor and parent, I am passionate about working with children and helping families through difficult times.

Educate parents on evidence-based, healthy sleep techniques and use scientifically backed knowledge to dispel any myths. I use medical science combined with the science of sleep to find a sleep plan that suits your individual needs.

Enhance your family’s quality of sleep and life. The goal is to make your life better! I have worked with clients who have previously been advised to make rigorous, unnecessary life changes resulting in a lack of improvement in sleep and an unhappy household. I will never force you to follow a plan you are uncomfortable with and I never take on a client if I feel there may be a medical issue requiring assessment or management first. I am trained to recognise these and can direct you to the most appropriate professional.
